weeping may come in the night, but
Joy Rises in the morning
PSALM 30:5
PSALM 30:5
Melissa Callister is so much more than a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, and teacher—she’s a beacon of strength and love to everyone who knows her. In December, Melissa was diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer, a journey that no one should have to face alone.
For the past 17 years, Melissa has been my best friend and my rock. Together, we’ve navigated life’s biggest moments—moving from Nevada to Utah, back to Nevada, and then to Utah again. We’ve celebrated weddings, welcomed our babies into the world, and stood by one another through all of life’s highs and lows. Melissa has always been there for me, and now it’s my turn to stand by her.
On February 6th, Melissa will undergo a mastectomy, stepping courageously into a road filled with many unknowns. To guide her through this challenging chapter, she has chosen a verse from Psalm 30:5 as her source of hope and comfort: “Weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning.”
We invite you to show your love and support by purchasing a little slice of encouragement. All proceeds will go directly to Melissa and the Callister family, helping them navigate this journey with the care and strength they need.
Let’s remind Melissa that she is not walking this road alone. Together, we can help carry her through. 💕
